General productivity platforms — task managers, AI assistants, scheduling tools — were built without the context of what it costs to be a high-achieving Black woman navigating systems that were not designed for her. They track tasks. They do not understand the Diversity Tax, code-switching overhead, or the cultural mandate to perform strength while carrying a full strategic portfolio.
NoirNeuro is the first platform engineered around a clinically validated executive-wellbeing framework — building AI agents that actively watch for overcommitment patterns and surface them before they become the kind of burnout that does not look like burnout from the outside.
The product.
NoirNeuro is an AI executive platform — a chief of staff backed by agents — deployed to Google Cloud (us-east1). The platform is in closed early access. The full product — including goal decomposition, Energy Ledger, agent-based overcommitment detection, community, and learning resources — is available to founding-cohort members now.

The founding team brings domain leadership across behavioral science, clinical mental health, business and board-level transformation, and ministry-to-boardroom leadership — combined with hands-on AI and cloud practice leadership, security training at leading AI companies, and privacy certification underway.
That combination — domain expertise + AI fluency — is the credibility foundation. Not a general-purpose tool adapted for this audience. A platform built from inside the problem.
