The problem it solves.
General productivity platforms — task managers, AI assistants, scheduling tools — were built without the context of what it costs to be a high-achieving Black woman navigating systems that were not designed for her. They track tasks. They do not understand the Diversity Tax, code-switching overhead, or the cultural mandate to perform strength while carrying a full strategic portfolio.
NoirNeuro is the first platform engineered around Dr. Cheryl Woods-Giscombé's Superwoman Schema framework — building AI agents that actively watch for overcommitment patterns and surface them before they become the kind of burnout that does not look like burnout from the outside.
The product.
NoirNeuro is the marketing and product brand for Regent — an AI executive platform built on the Catalyst spine, deployed to Google Cloud (us-east1, non-PHI). The platform is in closed early access. The full product — including goal decomposition, Energy Ledger, SWS agent detection, community, and LMS — is built and pre-launch.
The team.
NoirNeuro is pre-launch. The founding team and advisory board will be named here when they are confirmed for public attribution. We do not list advisors before they have agreed to be named.
We will not manufacture credibility with named advisors who have not confirmed their participation, or photos of a team that is larger than it currently is. Honest gaps build more trust with this audience than fabricated signals.
The copy directive.
The copy on this site was written with the following constraint: every claim traces to a verifiable source. No fabricated testimonials. No unnamed users. No inflated statistics. No AI-generated quotes presented as human voices.
The Superwoman Schema is attributed to Dr. Cheryl Woods-Giscombé with links to the primary PMC literature. The competitor pricing comparisons are dated and sourced. The certification claims link to Google's compliance documentation.
This is the standard. Deviation from it — in copy, in feature claims, in social proof — is a product failure, not a marketing choice.
A note on the copy.
The site you are reading was built at pre-launch with AI assistance. The copy direction is grounded in the Superwoman Schema research, the product's actual feature set, and an explicit anti-slop checklist that prohibits fabricated testimonials, vague empowerment language, and overstated clinical claims.
The final production copy — especially the persona-specific hero and problem statement sections — should be reviewed and substantially edited by a Black woman advisor with lived experience in the target community before public launch. This is a design requirement, not a nice-to-have.
